Who you are contracting with

EUXLab is operated by Roxanne Allard, registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 34304648. The BTW number appears on every invoice.

The free products

{the brain}, {the skills} and {the system} are free. {the brain} is delivered by email after you confirm your address. {the skills} are published as an open source repository under their own licence, which travels with the code and governs your use of it. {the system} is the documented way to run both together. None of these products carries a service guarantee, and all may change.

You can unsubscribe from {the brain} at any time using the link in every email. Unsubscribing removes you from the sequence immediately.

Accuracy

The material describes methods that have worked on real engagements. It is professional education, not advice on your specific situation, and it comes with no warranty of a specific business outcome.

Liability

Liability is limited to the amount you paid, except where Dutch law does not permit that limit.

Governing law

Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
