When you reach for it
You want a plan, a brief, a scope or an idea stress-tested, or another skill calls for an interview. The agent loads it on its own when a grill trigger phrase shows up.
Input, output, writes

- A settled decision tree, walked to the leaves, with nothing silently assumed.

Completion criterion
The question frontier is empty: every decision in the tree is either settled by the user or written down as an explicit open question. Facts are the agent’s job, decisions are the user’s, and the transcript shows that line was held.
Checkable, and demanding. A skill that cannot say whether it is finished is a prompt.
Anti-patterns
- Running a checklist instead of an interview.
- Deciding on the user’s behalf to keep the conversation moving.
